Chef Christophe Letard elevates Chatham Inn, Restaurant and Wine Bar to the highest level of culinary excellence. Chef Christophe brings 30 years of experience from around the globe, which has included two Michelin star restaurants and seven Relais & Châteaux properties in France, England, Barbados and Canada. His passion for global cuisine has resulted in countless accolades and awards, including Best Cuisine in the Americas from Condé Nast.
Chef Christophe‘s prolific international success can be attributed to his hard work and dedication, but also to his years of inspiration while working at some of the most acclaimed restaurants in the world. His unyielding enthusiasm for the finest locally-sourced ingredients stems from his birthplace on the family farm in Normandy, France. Through his food, Chef Christophe evokes the best of Cape Cod.

Sous Chef Brandon DiFiglio’s impressive international career has included some of the world’s most famous, Michelin Star restaurants, including the French Laundry Relais & Châteaux in Napa Valley, Coi in San Francisco, and Spain’s El Bulli, named the #1 restaurant in the world.
Executive Pastry Chef
Pastry Chef Christos has come to Chatham Inn directly from Greece. Formally educated in Pastry at Ecole Ritz Escoffier Paris, his impressive career has spanned multiple 5-Star hotels and Michelin Star restaurants in Europe. Most recently, Chef Christos was the Executive Pastry Chef at Nammos in Mykonos, Greece, and Nammos Courchevel 1850 Restaurant in Courchevel, France.
Chef Shane Ingram’s spectacular culinary history spans some of the finest restaurants in the world, including the Relais & Châteaux properties The Inn at Little Washington and Fearrington House, as well Charlie Trotter’s in Chicago and Emeril’s New Orleans. Chef Shane eventually established the acclaimed Four Square Restaurant in Durham, NC where he was Owner and Executive Chef for 16 years.
Chef Rock Harper discovered his love of cooking in his early teens, before earning a culinary degree at Johnson & Wales University. Chef Rock won season three of the Gordon Ramsey television show Hell’s Kitchen. Following stints as Executive Chef at some of the most high profile restaurants on the east coast, he became an instructor at Stratford University. In 2010, he published the book 44 Things Parents Should Know about Healthy Cooking for Kids, and has been the National Celebrity Chef for the March of Dimes since 2008.
